Frequently asked questions

 

How long can we keep the rentals?

Our standard rental rates are based on a period of 3-days. If you need items longer, we offer extended rental periods. Feel free to contact for rate details.


When should I place my rental order?

We suggest placing your order as soon as possible so your items are secure for your event.


When can I cancel my order?

You have up to 5 days prior to your delivery or will call date to cancel with no penalty charges.


Do I need to clean my rentals after the event?

China, glassware, flatware and serving equipment should be food-free and repacked in provided containers as delivered. A cleaning fee will be assessed on all items that do not meet this requirement.


When do we pay for our rental items?

We will run payment in full 48 hours prior to your delivery or will call date.


What if I have damaged items upon return?

We understand that mishaps occur at events, so we offer a damage waiver that will help cover any breakage or damage to items. Contact us for more details. However, missing items will not be covered under the waiver and a replacement cost will be charged to the credit card on file for your order.


An emergency has come up. What should I do?

Feel free to call 650-374-9850 for anything you need. We will be happy to help you through any emergency.


Do you offer tenting?

Yes, please call our office for pricing.


Do you offer setup and breakdown?

Yes, setup and breakdown are available at an additional cost. These arrangements have to be made in advance of delivery and pickup.
