Terms and Conditions

Quotes:

Quotes don’t hold inventory. Quotes can be made at any point in time; however, items can only be reserved for your event if the quote is converted into a reservation and deposit is made.

Reservations/Payment

Unless the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to change. All changes must be submitted 3 business days prior to the delivery/Will call date before 12:00 PM. A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. Credit card form must be filled out to reserve your rental items. Photo ID Must be provided an MUST match the credit card info provided. Remaining balance will be charged on the same credit card provided 72 hours prior to delivery/will call date. If payment is made with a credit card, please note a 3% card processing fee will be applied. For clients with established credit open accounts, the policy may vary.

Tabletop items:

All flatware, fine china is rented on increments of 5. Glassware is rented on full racks.

Final Changes

Changes to your order can be made until 72 hours before delivery/Will Call. Changes made after 72 hours (3 business days) before delivery/will call will incur a restocking fee of 75% from retail pricing. 75% restocking fee will be applied on any items canceled after cut off time. Items canceled on delivery will incur a full charge.

Rental Period Rate:

The rental period is for one day one event. The rental term may include a weekend or three days. If you need items longer, we offer extended rental allowing our customer to have additional time to setup and breakdown at a comfortable rate. Please check all equipment upon delivery. If any equipment is missing/damaged or unsafe, notify Casanova Event Resource right away. Equipment is rented in an “AS IS CONDITION”. Additional charges will be added for damaged equipment.

Will Calls:

Customer agrees to bring a secure truck with padding and other necessary materials to protect Equipment. A damage fee will be acquired for any damaged equipment. WILL CALL HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 9AM – 4PM

Cancellation/ Refunds:

All cancellations should be made 1 week before the agreed contract date. To postpone the event date, we must receive a notice within 3 business days of the contract date agreed upon, no refunds will be made on postponed contracts. No refunds will be made on “outsource/sub-rented” items, customer made items or special requests. Refunds will not be granted on any rentals once they have left our premises or unused rental items.

Release discharge of Liability:

Customer agrees to take care of rental items while in their possession and agrees to use them properly. Customer agrees to take full responsibility of rentals while in their possession and take all necessary precautions to prevent injury to any person or damage to any property. CER will not be liable for any claim for damages or injuries caused by improper use of the rented items.

Delivery and Pick-up:

Delivery/pick-up fee is based on curbside delivery/pick-up (less than 50 ft from CER truck) and within hours of operation. Set-up and tear-down is not included unless is indicated on your contract.

Additional fees on delivery:

Casanova offers additional services such as setup/breakdown of equipment for an additional charge. Customer is responsible to let Casanova Event Resource prior to delivery if reservation involves any of the followings: long carry, difficult delivery/pick-up, elevator/stairs.

Additional fee will be applied for the following services: Exact Time, Before Hours, After Hours & Sundays.

On delivery:

Customer agrees and is responsible to count rental items upon delivery and pick-up. Customer agrees to notify CER immediately if equipment does not function properly or is missing/damaged in order to find a solution or receive credit.

On Pick Up

On pickup, china, glassware, flatware and serving equipment should be food-free and repacked in provided containers as delivered. A cleaning fee will be assessed on all items that do not meet this requirement. Equipment must be broken down, stacked neatly and returned to location of delivery. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. Do not put wet or damp linens into plastic bags. Customers are responsible for damages (tears, burn holes, stains, candle wax, etc.).

Missing/damaged Items:

Customer is responsible and agrees to pay for any missing or damaged rental items. It is the customer responsibility to notify Casanova Event Resource upon delivery of any missing or damaged items. Damaged linen will be returned and the client will be charged an appropriate replacement cost. There is no refund on unused linens.

By signing, I certify that I have read and agree to all terms and conditions of this contract and confirm that all information and rental items are accurate to my request
