When should I place my order?‬

We suggest placing your order as soon as possible so your items are‬‭ secure for your event. In case you do have a last-minute request, we‬ will do our very best to accommodate!‬

Can I change my order?‬

You can make changes to your order at any time up until 3 business‬‭ days prior to delivery. Changes made after cutoff time will incur a 75%‬ restocking fee.‬

What if I need to cancel my order?‬

You can cancel your order 1 week before the agreed contract date.‬

Cancellations made after cutoff time will incur a 75% restocking fee.‬

When do we pay for our rentals?‬

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the rentals. The remaining balance‬‭ will be charged 72 hours prior to delivery/will call date. A credit card‬‭ form must be filled out.‬

How long can I keep the rentals?‬

Our standard rental rates are based on a period of 3 days. If you need‬‭ items longer, we offer extended rental periods. Feel free to contact our‬‭ office for rate details.‬

Can you set-up my rentals, as well as break them down after my‬ ‭ event?‬

Yes! Setup and breakdown are available at an additional cost. These‬‭ arrangements must be made in advance of delivery and pickup.‬

Do I need to clean my rentals after the event?‬

China, glassware, flatware and serving equipment must be food-free and‬‭ repacked in provided containers as delivered. A cleaning fee will be assessed‬‭ on all items that do not meet this requirement.‬

What if I have missing/damaged items after my event?‬

Customer is responsible and agrees to pay for any missing or damaged rental‬‭ items. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Casanova Event Resource‬‭ upon delivery of any missing or damaged items. Damaged linens will be‬‭ returned and the client will be charged a replacement cost. There is no‬‭ refund on unused linens.‬
